Ian McKenzie lives on acreage in the Gold Coast hinterland in rural southeast
Queensland. It is about an hour's drive for Ian to travel to the state's capital Brisbane, or to
the Gold Coast with its beautiful beaches. Ian's nearest neighbours are the magpies and
lorikeets which live in the eucalypt trees on his property and visit daily, with the magpies
caroling whilst waiting for their breakfast on the back verandah. Current Position
Ian is one of the Directors of the joint venture company Professional Performance
Australia. The company builds effective, dynamic, profitable organisations using solid
structures and proven foundations. This is done through clients developing themselves as
performance powerhouses who are immensely satisfied with their well being, personally
and professionally. Professional Performance Australia are the WILL DO people. “WILL
DO” being an acronym for “Workplace Intervention, Living and Learning in Dynamic
